When you use IntelliOps, we collect information necessary to provide the platform and keep it secure:

• Account information — your email address and phone number when you register or accept an invitation.
• Usage data and operational logs — pages visited, features used, timestamps, and error logs generated while you interact with the platform.
• Tour and event data — itineraries, schedules, personnel rosters, credentials, check-in records, and other operational data submitted by operators on behalf of their organizations.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Providing the IntelliOps platform — operating, maintaining, and improving the core service.
• SMS authentication — we send one-time passcodes via SMS to verify your identity at login. These messages are sent through Twilio, a third-party communications provider.
• Account verification — email and phone verification to confirm account ownership and prevent unauthorized access.
• Operational notifications — SMS and email alerts related to your tour operations, including check-ins, credentials, and crew alerts.
• Security and fraud prevention — detecting and responding to unauthorized access, abuse, and other threats to the platform and its users.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to deliver certain platform features. These providers process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Twilio:We use Twilio, Inc. to deliver SMS messages for authentication and notifications. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio for message delivery. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

We may also use providers for hosting infrastructure, analytics, and error monitoring. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Tour data submitted by operators is retained for ninety (90) days after account termination to allow for export, then deleted, except where we are required to retain data for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@intelliops.live. We will respond within a commercially reasonable period.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. E Origins LLC is the data controller for information collected through the IntelliOps platform.
